Within The Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Intends To Outsource The Supply Of Consumables And Spare Parts And Services For Serving Gamma-Spectrometric Systems, Alpha-Betta Counters, Alpha-Spectrometer, Portable Gamma Dosimeters, Monitors For Surface Pollution, Multi-Channel And Cooler. The Activities Included In The Contract Are: • Delivery Of Consumables And Spare Parts (If Necessary); • Service Activity Including: Prevention, Diagnostics And Repair Of The Equipment. On The Grounds Of Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, When The Public Procurement Includes Services And Deliveries, The Main Subject Is Determined Depending On The Service Or Delivery Whose Estimated Value Is The Highest. In The Current Public Procurement, The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery.
