In The Entire Area Of ​​The Area On The 1St Floor There Will Be A Demolished Floor And A New Composition With Proper Insulation. Central Space - Stay Room Of Children - Playroom/Bedroom/Dining Room Will Create Existing Partitions And Walls. The Playroom Is Oriented To The Southern Direction And Is Connected By Newly Demolished French Windows With A Private Terrace In The Courtyard. On The Terrace There Will Be A Built -In Sandpit And A Solitary Tree. The Terrace Will Be Connected To The Yard With An Outdoor Leveling Staircase.
