Tender For Comprehensive Maintenance At Aps Dagshai Under Ge Kasauli; 1.00 Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium “zinc coating trapozoidal steel sheet 0.60mm of approved colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering, cladding, in any position or slope upto 15 mtr height, fixed with self tapping screws etc including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern as in roof coverings, claddings in any position or slope upto 15 mtr of height complete all as specified and as directed. 2.00 Supply and fixing plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with grade of zinc coating 275 as in valley gutters, ridges, hips, chimney flashings, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed ), and similar work etc in any position or slope of roof upto 15 mtr height, fixed with self tapping screws for ridges, welded or soldered joints, reveting are provided for valley gutters etc including necessary bending, cutting as per site requirement and dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. 3.00 Supply and fixing mild steel sheeting 0.80mm thick factory made nozzles, stop ends, drop ends as in valley gutters and similar work etc in any position or slope of roof upto 15 mtr height, welded or soldered joints, reveting including necessary bending, cutting as per site requirement with necessary fixing arrangement/ jointing with rubber sealant for PVC downwater pipes complete all as specified and directed 4.00 Supplying of high polymer butyl rubber roof waterproofing self adhesive multilayer tape (Thickness not less than 1.5mm composite of Antioxidation film, aluminium foil, 140 Non-woven fabric, high strength butyl glue & release film) and fixing in patches as per manufacturer's instructions as in metal roofs, claddings, valley gutters in any position or slope upto 15mtr height complete all as specified and directed. 5.00 Material and labour for surface preparation of existing plain or corrugated steel sheeting, Nainital or similar pattern as in roof coverings, ridges or valley gutters in any position or any slope upto 15mtr height including complete removal of old water proofing treatment of any type in patches and applying 1st & 2nd initial coat of Elephant Shield's Liquid Rubber black with non-woven geotextile reinforcement fabric followed by 3rd and final coat after 24 hours of initial application complete as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. 6.00 Material and labour for bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight, 8cm x 8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces etc in any position or slope upto 15mtr height complete all as specified and as directed. 7.00 Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in copings to stone masonary, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinths courses, parapets, bed plates, kerbs slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, fixing MS hold fast, filing gaps/spaces between wooden/ mild steel member embedded in stone / brick masonry wall etc complete all as specified and directed. 8.00 "Material and labour for dismantling false ceiling (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs/ blankets any thickness including cover fillets and its complete fixing/ hanging attachments etc upto 12 mtr height complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Dismantling is to be done in auditorium hall (existing flooring is stepped) from inside without damaging roof covering etc. 2. Note:-WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only." 35.00 Material and labour for taking down cement plaster in patches on brick, stone or concrete surfaces as in walls etc at any height upto 10 mtr including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster and rendering 20mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone or brick-work surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. 36.00 Material and labour for taking down cement plaster in patches on brick or concrete surfaces etc at any height upto 10 mtr including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster and rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in chajja, ceilings etc finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. 37.00 Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper of colour to match with existing shade, over a coat of 2mm thick putty in two layers of 1mm each complete all as specified and directed. 38.00 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats applying two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (Weather coat) of colour approved by Engr - in- charge, over a coat of 2mm thick putty in two layers of 1mm each and including priming coat of exterior primer over new surfaces. etc complete all as specified and as directed. 39.00 "Material and labour for complete removal by mechanical scrapping/sanding of all previously painted (OBD, Lime or Synthetic enamel paint etc) surfaces upto underlying wall plaster, washing and cleaning of all loose dust etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of colour approved by Engr-in-charge, over a coat of 2mm thick putty in two layers of 1mm each complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates are inclusive of filling holes and cracks upto 5mm with white cement before application of putty. " 40.00 "Material and labour for complete removal by mechanical scrapping/sanding of all previously painted (OBD, Lime or Synthetic enamel paint etc) surfaces in patches n exc 10 sqm each upto underlying wall plaster, washing and cleaning of all loose dust etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of colour to match with existing shade on surrounding walls , over a coat of 2mm thick putty in two layers of 1mm each complete all as specified and directed.
