directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Supply and fixing of single pole and neutral clad sheet steel enclosures with 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with MCB, SPN, 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Supply and fixing of MCB Distribution board, single phase and neutral (SPN), 8 way with double door type, flush mounting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Supply and fixing of MCB DB Three phase and neutral 4 way with double door type, flush mounting complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and fixing of LED tube light fitting diffused type suitable for22 W, 220 volt AC, decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light, connecting up with three core copper conductor flexible cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less 2.25 metre below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50 metres below ground level, surrounded for all side by mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, connected with and including 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron, 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipes for watering with funnel, wire mesh and 40 mm GI light grade pipe for protection of GI strip and including necessary excavation/ earthwork in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 concrete pit and RCC 1:2:4 mix, type B-1, 40 mm thick pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bras @ 150 mm C/C both ways all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Note:(i) If desirable earth resistance not obtained, earthing will be re-done by the contractor without any extra charge until it gets the required earth resistance.(ii) The test result sheet of earthing will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge by the contractor.(iii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earthing strip 32 x 6 mm with protection pipe up to 7.5 Meter length.(iv) cost of GI strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5 meter (extra length) shall be measured and paid for separately. 19 Supply & fixing of GI strip 32mm x 6mm buried in ground, fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Supply & fixing Sub main wiring ( with apprroved colour code as per IS) with two runs of single core PVC insulated and un-sheathed, multistranded, copper conductor (FRLSH) cable of size 10.0 sq. mm, LT, 1100V grade, down through and includingPVC non metallic conduit of 25 mm/ appropriate dia with accessories and fittings and one run of 10.0 sq. mm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Supply & fixing Sub main wiring ( with apprroved colour code as per IS) with two runs of single core PVC insulated and un-sheathed, multistranded, copper conductor (FRLSH) cable of size 4.00 sq. mm, LT, 1100V grade, down through and includingPVC non metallic conduit of 25 mm/ appropriate dia with accessories and fittings and one run of 4.00 sq. mm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Note for serial item no 16.00 & 17.00: 1. Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length.2. Cable required for connection to DBs shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates and shall not be measured separately. 3. Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipe.4. colour code shall be Red for phase, black for Neutral and green for Earth.5. cost of PVC conduit and its accessories shall deemed to be included in quoted Rates. 23 Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in CM (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunsheds, shelves, lintel etc for concealed conduit wiring etc not exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 24 Supply & Fixing of GI pipe, 40 mm bore, "light grade" for Earth strip protection fixed to pole/ along wall/ under road/ across nallah or drain inclusive of all fittings such as tees bends, elbows, reducer, bell mouth tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers hook, nuts, saddles, pipe hook etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip orarmouredelectric power cable heavy duty, 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminum conductor LT UG cable of size 25 Sqmm x 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip orarmouredelectric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminum conductor LT UG cable of size 70 Sqmm x 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and not exceeding 1.5 metre in width and getting out, for foundations, laying, erecting of poles etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 30 Material & Labour for cutting of existing hard standing/ road up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe line and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) after laying of pipe line and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 Supply and fixing 100 mm dia bore tubes, "light grade" galvanized Iron, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 All as per Serial Item No. 26.00 here-in-before but of size 40 mm dia bore. 33 M&L for Sand cushioning to UG cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable as specified in SSR to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layercomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:(i) Consolidated/ Punned sand thickness shall be considered for purpose of payment.(ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work. 34 Supplying and laying Un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable covers, class LV, type-1, flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches for protection to LT cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 35 Supply and fixing of MCCB, 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts Ics=100% Icu, 36 KA with adjustable thermal and manetic setting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 36 Supply and fixing of MCCB, 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts Ics=100% Icu, 36 KA with adjustable thermal and manetic setting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 37 Supply installiation, testing and commissioning factory made CPRI, outdoor type, floor mounted, main LT panel board of size 1800 mm x 2200 mm x 400 mm (WxHxD), cubical type totally enclosed outer edge made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner compartments of 2 mm thick sheet metel enclosed with angle iron frame of MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system, with hinged panel door (covers) on two sides with handle, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient nos of circuit cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/ rubber/ wooden brushes to prevant ingrass of water/ vermin etc, inside the enclouser, required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plate brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with neccesary internal wiring with satnderd copper conductor FRLS wire of adequate size, duly powder coated internally and externally of approved colour with pcc foundation (1:2:4) (Contd...32.01) 38 Item no. 32 contd...and aluminium busbar 400 Amp (01 set comprising 4 nos strip) for 3 phase and neutral mounted on epoxy insulator, CTs, Ammeter, voltmeter, indicator lamp suitable for incomming MCCB 250 Amp, 4 Pole, 36 KA- 01 No and outgoing MCCB 160 Amp, 4 Pole, 36 KA- 02 Nos complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Drawing for LT panel shall be approved by GE before placement of order.(ii) MCCBs will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule. 39 Supply, fixing, installation and testing of Walk-in-Cooler and prefabricated chiller room of size 149" x 147" x 120" internal (dimensions are in inches), all as specified here-in-after complete with desired temp of chiller room +2°C to +8°C for medical store, for storage of approx 1000 kg load, with desired pull down time of 24 Hours and 10 to 15 times door opening per day, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.walk-in-cooler and prefabricated chiller room shall include the following specifications/ features:- 40 (i) Internal Dimensions: The chiller room shall be of size 149" x 147" x 120" (all dimensions are in inches).(ii) Temperarture:- Internal temprature of the Unit shall be +2 degree to +8 degree C adjustable (a) during 45 degree C continuous ambient (b) 32 degree continuous ambient (c) 45/5 degree C day/ night cycling temperatures. 41 (iii) Fabrication:- (a) for wall and Ceiling: wall and ceiling of the chiller room shall be made out of 60 mm thick PUF panels with pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI) with GI sheet of minimum thickness 0.6 mm and shall be fixed with cam locks for modular construction. PPGI sheet shall be conforming to IS 1446 and polyurethene foam (PUF) shall be conforming to IS 12436.(b) for flooring: 80 mm thick PUF panels with pre-painted Galvanised Iron (PPGI) with anti-skid GI sheet of minimum 1 mm thickness for flooring. floor should be capable to support load of 250 kg/ Square meter.(c) Insulation: shall be CFC-Free and self extinguishing (fire resistant) Urethene foam or extruded polystyrene foam core bonded sandwiched between two galvanized steel sheet shall be minimum 40 kg per cubic meter density and having a thermal conductivity of 0.17 W/m-k or better for hot zone climate. polyurethene foam (PUF) shall conform to IS 12436. The insulation should be suitable for maintaining 8 hours hold over time at 40 degree C ambient temperature. 42 (d) PUF panels shall be painted with anti-microbial and anti fungal, resistant to UV light, disinfactant, steams, fumigation agents etc. The wall/ ceiling panels shall be CE/ UL/ ETL/ US FDA/ BIS/ DIN certified/ listed. The report frm govt. certified lab shall be submitted by the contractor at the time of pre-dispatch inspecion by GE"s Rep.(iv) Door with frame heating heavy duty lock with internal safety release, shelving system and plastic curtains on the floor way. Door to cold rooms to be lockable with 100% fail safe provision for opening from inside. Entrance door shall have an incandescent moisture proof light mounted on the interior of the door section. The door dimensions will be 34’’ (w) x 78’’ (H). Internal ceiling mounted tungsten filament lighting with an external switch and pilot light should be provided. The external light and light switch must be fixed to the wall of the cold room enclosure near to the entrance door. The minimum illumination level on the vertical face of the lowest shelves must be 150 lux. The lighting should be evenly distributed inside the cold room. 43 (v) Refrigeration Unit: shall comprise of 2 sets (one working + one standby) of minimum capacity 15000 BTUH with non CFC refrigerant with controller, 230 Volts, single phase, 50 HZ. Dual Refrigeration system (100% standby) air cooled refrigeration unit, split type automating defrosting (electric or hot gas) CFC free refrigerant. Tropicalized units suitable for ambient temperature up to 50 degree C.(vi) Condensing unit (s) to comprise compressor for said air condenser, oil separator, liquid receiver to carry full charge, filter/ dryer with flare connections, service and isolating stop valves, high and low pressure dial gauges and oil level sight glass. condensing unit (s) shall be fitted with high and low pressure cut outs, time operated electric defrost control and compressor motor overloads. 44 (vii) Wall mounted 7 days digital thermometer of 4 digits LCD/ LED display with data logging capability of 7 days with suitable printer for report generation with remote sensor. 45 (viii) High and Low temperature alarm unit, manual emergency alarm unit. 46 (ix) Storage condition to be maintained at +8 degree to +2 degree C continuously for medical store use, control by thermostat on cold room with desired pull down time of 24 hours and with 10-15 door openings per day. 47 (x) Cold room/ chiller room (s) to be fitted with locally made/ manufactured, running adjustable (slatted shelves will be preferred) shelves 600 mm wide at 600 mm spacing; four shelves above the ground all around the wall and intermediate shelves should be placed suitably. The total area covered by shelves should be at least 42 % of the ground area. There should be a minimum 900 mm distance in between two intermediate racks to facilitate the movement of men and material. The final drawing of the room with shelves will have to be got approved from the GE. The material of the shelves should be non corrosive medical grade stainless steel to take load of at least 20 Kg/sq. Foot. The top face of the lowest shelf must be mounted 200 mm above the floor. Shelving must be washable. 48 (xi) Evaporator to be forced–draught, electric defrost ceiling mounted units fitted with condensate drip tray and drain connection. 49 (xii) The room should be fitted with pressure release vent which should open and allows enough outside air to enter and rebalance any pressure difference. 50 (xiii) Voltage stabilizer board specification:KVA rating: As suitable for single phase input voltage 160V-260 V AC 50 Hz and Output 220V-240V AC 50 Hz; 50 Hz. Common Specs:3-4 sec cut off and 2 minutes restart delay. Facilities for manual control of output. Arrangements for direct supply bypassing the stabilizer in case of failures. Voltmeter and indicator on front panel, Suitable safety and protection devices. Quick start arrangement for by passing restart delay. The voltage stabilizer would be one but should be able to run both the working and stand by units simultaneously. 51 Note:- Quoted rates against serial item no 33.00 shall also include the following:-(a) stablized electric power termination as required for condensing unit alongwith MCB & Box.(b) any kind of structural support work to ceiling panels.(c) copper tubing and Electrical connection between indoor and outdoor unit and condensate drain pipe upto a distance of maximum 6 meters.(d) any kind of major and minor civil work e.g. making holes in wall or plateform etc.(e) MS stand/ plateform for condensing unit.(f) shelves for cold room.(g) anything else not mantioned here-n-before but required at site to complete the work. 52 Supply, installation and testing of Refrigerator of capacity 300 to 330 Liters, double door, electric driven 230 Volts, single phase, 50 HZ, 5 star rated having features such as smart inverter compressor with minimum 10 years of warranty, inbuilt stablizer, frost free etc., working on R-134 or superior environment friendly refrigerant gas equipped with accessories such as ice tray, egg tray, interior lamp, toughned glass partition (shelves) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 53 M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" Bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 54 M&L for 150 mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) including necessary form work as in flooring, surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 55 M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 56 M&L for preparation of new/ previously untreated wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
