Withdrawing, Dismantling , re-installation & commissioning of 2 No (Sl-4 & 5) Flowmore make vertical Single Stage Propeller Pump capacity 6850 cubic metre per hour , Head5.26 meter,235 KW motor set along with repairing of (1 No.) mechanical screen and fabricated allied workat theBaranagar Drainage Pumping Station.- 1 Removing of the 235 KW Motor from motor base including dismantling of electrical connections (motor side), pump coupling etc. as per direction of the EIC. 2 Withdrawing of vertical 36" , 585 RPM, Single Stage Propeller Pump, discharge- 6850 m3/hr (Figure 6310, Drg. No. CSD-SALE 12001177 10, REV.00) including Column pipe from inside of the well for necessary repairing work as per direction of the EIC. 3 Removal and cleaning of foreign materials like plastic, jute etc. from the strainer and impeller blades of V.T. Pump as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. 4 Supply ,delivery of following materials as required as per direction of EIC. 5 Shaft coupling (SS-AISI-410/316) 6 Bowel lower long bush (G.M) (L-240mm,OD-100MM,ID-70mm) 7 Bowel Retainer complete housing block as per sample (Body-CI,Bush-GM) inclu. Wooden pattern charge 8 Supply, delivery of Bearing oil of grade SAE-30 at site as per direction of EIC. 9 Supplying and fitting, fixing of high tension nuts, bolts and washers etc. as per sample for the job as required as per direction of EIC. 10 Machining of Top Shaft 11 Re-installation and commission of (item no.4.a to 4..e) the pump set after re-fixing all accessories & lowering down the pump & column pipe in well with right alignment and testing compete up to the satisfaction ofEIC. 12 Re-installation of Motor stool and motor by making proper alignment with the line shaft and the motor coupling within permissible limit, fixing coupling bolts and nuts, worn out rubber pads of the coupling bolts are to be replaced by supplying by new rubber pads by the contractor at his own cost. Making Re- connection of the colling water line,refixing and rearangements of the H.T. & L.T. cables and connection of the same motor terminals and the commissioning of the system complete.The entire job starting from pump motor set is to be carries out under the supervision of the expert from the manufacture in order to gate better performance . Minor rectification of the work like skin turning of sleeves, minor welding etc. are also included in this job.(If requred spares may be supplied by KMDA) 13 Repairing of Water level indicator 14 Repairing of Water level indicator of 6mtr long G.I Pipe, 6 inch dia of approved brand along with fitting and fixing all complete as per the direction of EIC. 15 Supply of G.I pipe 6 mtr dia- 6inch 16 Reparing of mechanical Screen 17 Fabrication , supply, erection and commissioning of embeded parts consisting of seal beam, Guide channel with all accessories for vertical gate of distributories/branch canal/minor canal/channel made of MS material consisting of angle,channel,beam,-plate,flat,etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer in charge. The Cost includes cost of Materials, hire charges of Machinaries , Manpower, cutting,Aligning,Anchoring,Welding,Finishing,ConsumablesCarriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting) 18 Lifting/lowering the displaced/damaged/normal inlet trashrack/bar screen/gratings (upto 3nos/pump bay) from intake channel pier grooves by Tripod, Chain pulley Block, rope etc. and stacking the same in suitable place at site as per direction 19 Add : GST @ 18% 20 Add : Cess @ 1%
