Supply, delivery & installation of newly supplied three phase 15 KVA oil cooled type voltage stabilizer with other allied works at tube well no.-I of Pithaisole piped water supply schemes of Paschim Medinipur Dist. under Jhargram Mechanical Division P.H.E Dte.- 1 Supply and delivery of following materials at site:-Supplyand delivery at site 15 KVA, 3 phase oil cooled typeservo motor operated Voltage Stabilizer, having unbalance 200 - 500 V input voltage, and 415(±1%) output voltage , Auto/manual servo voltage stabilizer with U/V,O/V,O/L protection with MCB at output side, input MCCB, Ammeter Bell etc. as per I.E rules and as per instruction of EIC.Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.2024 with latest amendments. 2 Supply & delivery at site of 100 Amp,400V 50Hz 4 pole 4 way industrial Aluminium Busbur chamber Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.2024 with latest amendments. 3 Supply & delivery at site of 100 Amp, 4 pole on load change over switch Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.2024 with latest amendments. 4 Supply & delivery at site In sheet enclosure100 Amp, 400V 50Hz TPN Main Switch rewireable & site handle type along with suitable fuse link. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.2024 with latest amendments. 5 1.1 KV Grade 415 V, 4 core 16 sq.mm. PVC sheathed XLPE insulated Al. armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 (PART-1) 2011 with latest amendmends as applicable.Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.2024 with latest amendments. 6 Installation of the above supplied itemInstallation of the above voltage stabilizer of item no. 1 on the foundation including all connection complete as per direction of E.I.C. 7 Fitting, Fixing the supplied Busbar( as in item no.2)at suitable position on wall of pump house by flat/angle iron frame with necessary power connection all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 8 Fitting, Fixing the supplied changeover switch( as in item no.3)at suitable position on wall of pump house by flat/angle iron frame with necessary power connection all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 9 Fitting, Fixing the supplied Main switch( as in item no.4)at suitable position on wall of pump house by flat/angle iron frame with necessary power connection all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 10 Laying of cable (as in item no. 4) on wall/surface incl. S & F of MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 11 Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry ofcable (as in item no. 4) all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 12 Finishing the end of cable (as in item no. 4) by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materialsall complete as per direction of E.I.C. 13 Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F 25mmx6mm GI earth strip on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. 14 Add GST @ 18 % 15 Add Cess @ 1 %
