Mm. 3 core copper water proof flat submersible cable (Make: Finolex/ Havells/ Mescab/ Any approved) 4 Supply, delivery and storage of the following pipes, valves and specials at site: 5 50 mm dia. UPVC standard type column pipe (cream color) with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. Make: Ashirbad 6 3 Mtr Long 7 1.5 MtrLong 8 50 mm dia. 90° GI Tee 9 50 mm dia. Top cover 15 Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 16 Disinfection of tube well before installation of pumping machinery as well as making disinfection arrangement including supply of necessary materials as per direction of EIC. 17 Installation of the submersible pumping machinery to the tube well by engaging skilled personnel along with above supplied materials, and supply of necessary materials like PVC pipe, bend,short piece, cable jointing materials, nuts & bolts and other materials to complete the work as per direction of EIC. 18 Making foundation around the tubewell with supply of brick/concrete to suport the projected part of tubewell and foundation for fitting fixing of the Kiosk box as per suitable brick /concreat support as per direction of EIC. 19 Supply delivery and installation of suitable CRCA enclosure powder coated minimum 2mm thick and suitable for outdoor installation. The enclosure should have sufficient space for installation of main switch, single phase timer for time based operation of pump and illumination arrangement.Following necessary materials to be supplied and fitting within the enclosure1. 25amp. MCB2. 3HP Single phase DOL Starter with voltmeter & ammeter3. 24 Hours analog timer -2Nos.4. Wire - 1 lots.The rate inclusive of supply of all above materials and properly installation as per IE rule with suitable earthing arrangement as per direction of EIC 20 Supply delivery and installation of suitable CRCA enclosure powder coated minimum 2mm thick and suitable for outdoor installation. The enclosure should have sufficient space for installation of WBSEDCL energy meter as well as provision for smooth meter reading periodically. 21 Making wire net fencing of the pump platfrom by supplying and fitting fixing of Galvanised MS Angle of approved quality which will be grouted in the earth by cement concret as per dieection of EIC including an arrangement for a get with lock and key facility as per direction of EIC. 22 Supply, delivery and storage at site of the following materials for illumination arrangement: 23 Hot dipped galvanized octagonal pole of following specification [ as per IS: 2629, ISO : 1461Length:7Mtr , Top Dia : 70 mm, Bottom Dia : 130mm , Thickness – 3 mm, Base Plate : 200 mm x 200 mm x 12 mm sheet with 04 Nos M20 grade x 600mm EN -8 grade “ J “ type bolt.Bottom of the pole welded with base plate .Pole with base plate should comply as a shaft S355 as per BSEN 10025Finishing : Hot dip galvanizedto BSENISO1461.The pole is also fitted with sword type single arm bracket made of light class 40 NB GI Pipe of 1 Mtr Length.The pole should be fitted with internal junction box at suitable height with suitable locking arrangement.The pole should withstand wind speed as per IS 857 [ PT –III 1987 ] Make: Calcutta Poles & Tubes Co./ Bajaj Electricals/ Any approved 24 100 watt road light luminaries with high powerLED and unique peanut lens to ensure uniform distribution, higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system, ideal for road width upto 8 Mtr.Make – Philips/ Havells/ Any other approved make(IP-65/ IP - 66) 25 Erection of above pole of item no 1 with sole plate etc as per direction of EIC above & below G.L. including C.C. foundation from the bottom of sole plate up to 0.75mtr depth and Making C.C. foundation in portion 6:3:1 and base block (around pole) 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.76 mtr. Above ground level nearly cemented finish (3 mm thick) at the base of pole including making provision of looping cable box 250 mm x 250 mm x 100 mm including excavation and refilling of earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly after damaging the existing 26 Supply & drawing of2 x 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper wire from joint box to bottom of LED fixture at the top of the pole and making inter connection complete. 27 Earthing of Loop Box by spike earthing (20mm x 2Mtr) with 8 SWG GI wire as per IE rule. 28 Fitting fixing of flood light luminaries with necessary inter connection, jointing of cable and testing complete upto entire satisfaction of EIC 29 Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 30 Installation of the submersible pumping machinery to the tube well by engaging skilled personnel along with above supplied materials, and supply of necessary materials like PVC pipe, bend,short piece, cable jointing materials, nuts & bolts and other materials to complete the work as per direction of EIC. 31 Supply, fitting & fixing HDPE & UPVC pipes (medium duty) for rising main, delivery main, overflow, washout pipe line with distribution pipe line in underground work of conforming to ASTDM-1785 and threaded to match with G.I. pipes as per IS:1239 (Part-1)with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, long screw, reducing tee, short pieces etc. 32 40 mm dia. 33 Earthing by TATA-Medium 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level 34 Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including supply and fixing GI (Hot Dip) wire of size 8 SWG on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. 35 Trial running of the whole system, setting of timer and monitoring its proper function for 10 days as per direction of EIC 36 Add GST @ 18% 37 Add Cess @ 1%
