The Municipality Is Looking For Two Contractors Who Will Recover Quay Walls In The Coming Years. It Concerns Approximately 500M Per Year Spread Over 3 To 8 Locations. Because The Municipality Has To Improve The Quays For The Coming Years In Larger Numbers, It Wants To Conclude An Agreement For The Long Term. The Project Extends The Restoration Of The Floor Screen, The Construction Of Drainage, The Design Of Growing Place Improvement For The Trees Along The Quay And Limited Dredging Work. The Quay Walls Are Divided Into Clusters (Parts) Of Approx. 500 M That Are Geographically Together. A Project Card Is Drawn Up By The Municipality For Each Cluster. Within This Framework Agreement, Further Assignments (No) Are Always Given In Order 2 Type: 1) Assignment For The Design Phase Per Cluster (Also Called A Construction Team Phase) And Then 2) Assignment For The Implementation Phase (Specified Per Location). The Contractor Does A Registration For This Per Cluster At The End Of The Design Phase. The Global Size Of The Project Spread Over The Initial Term Of 2 Years Is Between 8 And 10 Million Euros. This Amount Will Be Distributed As Much As Possible Over The 2 Contracting Parties Over A Period Of Two Years. There Is An Optional Extension Of Two Years. For The Possible Extension Years, An Estimate Of 4.5 Million A Year Is Again Included In The Management Plan. These Amounts Are The Total Contract Value For Both Contractors Together.
