Technical Conditions And Requirements Have Been Specified In Detail In The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Arrangements And In The Design Documentation Of The Bridge Industry (Annex 9 To Swz): 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) To Develop A Traffic Organization At His Own Expense For The Time Of Conducting Works Covered By This Order In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 1251), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003. On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Safety Devices And The Conditions For Their Placement On The Roads (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2019 Item 2311, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 23 September 2003 On Detailed Traffic Management Conditions And Supervision Over This Management (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784). The Traffic Organization Design During The Installation Of The Reinforcement Structure Should Take Into Account The Introduction Of A Swinging Traffic Controlled By The Help Of Traffic Lights, 2) Marking The Work Site In Accordance With The Approved Project Of The Temporary Organization Of Movement And Maintaining This Marking In Proper Condition, 3) Reporting And Agreeing With The Disposers Of Foreign Devices Located In The Road Belt, The Principles Of Works, Along With The Order Of The Necessary Supervisors, Carried Out, According To Industry Arrangements. If Necessary, The Industry Arrangements And Technical Conditions Should Be Updated, 4) Ensuring The Geodetic Support Of The Construction, And In Particular The Inventory In The Discovered State And The Implementation Of As -Built Inventory, 5) Developing As -Built Documentation In 1 Copy In Paper Version And 1 Cop Construction Of A Building Or An Application For An Use Permit.
