The Last Three Municipalities Have The Option To Choose And Use The Solution Offered. The Case Processing Shall Meet All Relevant Requirements In The Child Welfare Act And The Administration Act. It Is Assumed That The Solution Has An Intuitive And Flexible Design That Is User -Friendly And Web -Based, And That It Meets The Requirements For Universal Design For Websites. The System Must Also Be Flexible Enough To Be Adapted To Specific Workflakes And Processes In The Child Welfare Service. The Acquisition Of A New Child Welfare System Will Streamline The Work Processes Both Through Automated Administrative Functions And As An Important Tool For Efficient Business Management And Internal Control. The System Will Support Internal Reporting And Management To Ensure That The Child Welfare Service Operates In Accordance With Current Laws And Guidelines. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Strengthen The Child Welfare Ability To Handle Complex Case Management Processes With High Precision And Quality, While The Users Of The Service Have Simpler Access To Information And Services.
