Repair And Maintenance Services Of. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Service Of Providing The Repairs And Maintenance Of Military Armored Vehicles Of The Dingo Army Of The Czech Republic, Including Their Groups, Subgroups Or Parts (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service). On The Basis Of The Tendering Procedure, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Pursuant To The Provisions Of Section 131 Of The Public Procurement Act With One Party To The Tender, Which Will Define The Conditions On The Basis Of Which Subsequent Individual Partial Contracts To Provide The Service According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
