Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Trial Run of Bladders Machinery & Equipment for Sports Industries Development Centre (SIDC), Sialkot. Description: INVITATION TO BID For Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Trial Run of Bladder?s Machinery & Equipment for Sports Industries Development Centre (SIDC), Sialkot Sports Industries Development Centre (SIDC) Sialkot, a common facilitation centre of SMEDA, invites bids, from the experienced firms, registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are in Active Taxpayers List of the FBR, for supply, installation, commissioning and Trial Run of Bladder?s Machinery & Equipment as given in the Tender Document. The Centre has received funding from the Export Development Fund, Government of Pakistan for Upgradation of SIDC, a part of which is to be used for the procurement, installation, commissioning and trial run of Bladder?s Machinery & Equipment. The Bidding shall be conducted in line with the PPRA Rule 36 (b) Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. can be downloaded, by the firms registered on EPADS, from EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and SIDC website (www.sidc.org.pk). All the bids must be submitted through EPADS. Only manual submission of bids without EPADS will not be accepted / entertained. The bids (Technical & Financial), prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must be submitted through EPADS on or before 11:30 A.M. on 13/06/2025, as well as Bids along with Bid Security in hard form shall also be submitted on or before the bid submission deadline by the bidders already submitted their Bids on EPADS.
