May 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Development, Training & Capacity Building Objective The project aims to enhance the operational efficiency and market performance of 20 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and 5 cooperatives across various sectors in North Lebanon. It delivered customized training, coaching sessions, and tailored services to enhance their business management capabilities and facilitate access to new markets. Technical Specifications Goods Specifications Item 1: Items Description: Stainless Steel Soap Molds Delivery Location: Tripoli Unit: piece Quantity: 1 Specifications: Capacity & Throughput: 65 kgs of soap Material & Construction: Closed rectangular stainless steel 316 mold with thickness of 3mm Dimensions: 72x36x27 cm Finishing: brushed finishing from inside and outside Screw & Blade System: Welding with no screw or blade Safety & Hygiene: Handles on 2 sides (left and right) Item 2: Items Description: cutter for soap extruder with conveyer belt Delivery Location: Tripoli Unit: Piece Quantity: 1 Specifications: Capacity: 650 bar/hr Material & Construction: Cutter, Made of Stainless steel 316 for parts in contact with soap; Belt conveyor SS 304 Heating System: with pneumatic piston and swinging system Conveyor dimensions: Length of 150 cm with width of 10 cm (body width 12 cm Discharge System: Belt conveyor which take the soap bar from the cutter to packaging stage Safety & Hygiene: Bar length defined manually by changing sensors position Requirements & conditions The service provider is required to deliver all items to Tripoli along with workers/helpers available to assist with loading and unloading products, as and whenever needed. Company qualification The company must have the following valid legal documents: Commercial Circular Fiscal Certificate of Incorporation at the Ministry of Finance VAT Certificate of Registration if applicable ID of companys authorized representative(s) Payment Terms Payments will be made through bank cheques Payment will be made after 20 business days after the last delivery and submission of final invoice. The cheque amount will be subject to applicable bank fees.
