The Subject Of The Contract Covers: 1) The Following Construction Works In The Field Of Bathroom Renovation On The Ground Floor Of The Building: A) Demolition And Disassembly Works; B) Works In The Field Of Erecting Partition Walls; C) The Implementation Of A Waterproofing Coating; D) Plastering Works; E) Execution Of System Suspended Ceilings Resistant To Moisture; F) Installation Of A New Door Joinery; G) Sanitary Along With The Installation Of Sanitary Supplies And Radiators; H) Execution Of An Electrical Installation Together With The Installation Of A New Electrical Equipment; I) Facing Walls; J) Making Floors From Tiles, Taking Into Account Possible Works Preceding The Floor Alignment And Supplementing The Defects; K) Execution Of Hpl In Toilets; L), The Following Works; 2) Construction In The Field Of Renovation Of The Main Hall On The Ground Floor Of The Building: A) Execution Of Demolition And Disassembly Works, Including Temporary Disassembly Of Alarm And Cameras, And Re -Assembly After Renovation Works; B) Alignment Of Existing Floors With Self -Leveling Screed And Supplementing Any Cavities; C) Making Floors And Plinths From The Object Platform; D). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying The Exact Scope And Qualitative Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements That Make Up The Subject Of The Order, In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Together With Attachments.
