Expression of Interest for Developing Mining Projects. STAMI GOLDS ore reserves over three years by collaborating on the following projects East zone underground project with 56,310 tonnes at grade of 18.61g/t Open pits in both East and West zones with 2,032,273 tonnes at a grade of 0.99g/t STAMIGOLD presents the following key investor advantages: (i) Valid mining and prospecting licenses ensuring operational certainty (ii) A running gold processing plant, minimizing initial capital outlay (iii) Life of mine estimated at five (5) years with extension potential (iv) Developed site infrastructure (roads, water, security, accommodation) (v) Access to the national electricity grid, lowering operational costs STAMIGOLD is in the process of engaging qualified developer(s) to collaborate on key mining projects, including the East Pit Underground Project and Open Pits in the East and West Zones. Accordingly, STAMIGOLD invites eligible parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Expression of Interest Investment Criteria STAMIGOLD invites interested developer(s) in delivering the scope of work to submit their Expression of Interest, which must address the following: a) A detailed company information including ownership structure and shareholder percentages. b) A copy of current three years audited financial reports to verify companys financial capacity to deliver the scope of work. c) Summary of proposed investment engagement strategy and contribution. d) Proposal for minimum profit-sharing model and a signature bonus. e) Confirmation of the developers entity compliance to the local content. requirements in accordance with the Mining Act, and particularly the Mining (Local Content) Regulations and any subsequent amendments. f) A statement to indicate compliance with other relevant laws and government policies.. g) Expression of commitment to carry out the scope of the work. Expression of Interest Submission Requirements: a) Submissions must have the subject heading: PA/125/SBM/2024/2025/C/01: For Developing Mining Projects b) Interested developers are invited to visit the mine site on appointment. c) Evaluation of the Expression of Interest will be based on the information submitted to the Expression of Interest Compliance Criteria. d) Applications for Expression of Interest will close on 16th May, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
