Tender For Overhauling Of Boiler Pressure Parts Of Unit 9 Bmd-I Dtps Htps Kasimpur Aligarh- 1 PART-A:- Overhauling of Boiler Pressure Parts of Unit # 9, 2x250MW 2 Supply & erection of cup-lock scaffolding in 1st Pass and conventional scaffolding in 2nd Pass of 250MW Boiler (60 Days). (As per scope of work) 3 Water washing of Boiler (external and internal) and Jet cleaning of Boiler Pressure Part Tubes by HP jet pump & De-slugging of tubes of Boiler. (As per scope of work) 4 DP test for dissimilar joints, header stubs etc. of boiler tubes. (As per scope of work) 5 Rectification by replacement of defective tube and bend of boiler pressure part tubes. (Including survey, cutting & lifting/lowering of 30 Nos. module/hangers each of LTSH / Economizer & re-assembly of the same). (As per scope of work) 6 Fin welding of water wall & SCW tubes (single side welding of fin) 7 Repairing of furnace ceiling of Penthouse & doghouse. Refractory work in all the areas of boiler. ATT of boiler.(As per scope of work) 8 Providing SS heat shield in all the erosion prone area of 1st pass & 2nd pass of boiler. 9 Fabrication of tube bends 10 Alignment of all S/H, R/H coils and spacers tubes of re -heater and super –heater etc. 11 Pad welding on the boiler tubes.(As per scope of work) 12 Part-B (Overhauling of boiler drum, seal trough & soot blowers of Unit # 9, 2x250MW) 13 Replacement / Repairing of bracing pipe of duct dia. 50mm to 90mm installed in flue gas path up to ESP inlet (all four passes of ESP). 14 Overhauling of Boiler Drum of U # 9.(As per scope of work) 15 Complete servicing work of soot blower of Unit # 9 16 Repairing of cassette baffle economizer / LTSH coil (As per scope of work) 17 Replacement of baffles plates (directing plates) between Air Pre-heater outlet to ESP inlet (all four passes of ESP). (As per scope of work). 18 Repairing of FG Duct up to ESP inlet (Just before Honeybee structure of ESP), baffles plates (directing plates), Economizer and APH hopper. Repairing of PA / SA duct. (As per scope of work). 19 Repairing of expansion joint between outlet damper of APH and EP inlet. 20 Overhauling of HP/safety valves 21 Optional Work :- 22 H.P. joints beyond 2700 Nos. 23 Fin welding beyond 400 RM. 24 Replacement of Economizer coil. 25 Replacement of LTSH coil. 26 Retention of scaffolding beyond 60 days. 27 Repairing of FG Duct beyond 300 Sq. M.
