(R-7) Tirupathur Block 2 Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp. 3 Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning 4 Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils and subsoils including shoring and strutting with initial lead and lift etc complte, as per MOST specification asper SS20 A. 5 Providing and Laying Gravel to uniform thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller etc. complete. 6 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. 7 Providing and laying of Prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it. 8 Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., 9 BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25 mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 10 Provision of rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint. 11 Providing Retaining wall @ RHS Ch.70-88 12 Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay soil etc complete for open foundation as per SS 20 B 13 Supply and filling river sand including cost and conveyance of sand and labour charges including all cost etc complete. 14 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing laying and compacting etc. complete 15 Supplying and errecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.20 m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel of size 0.90 cm x 60 cm and 10 guage stilfaned welded with mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak (c-word) joint of size 10 cm x 6.50 cm dia spaced about cnter to center and supported by casuarinas propels of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center etc., complete complying with std.
