According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Modified By The Government Emergency Ordinance No.107/2017), Corroborated With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of The Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To The Clarification Requests (If They Were Received In Time), On The 15Th Day Before The Deadline Established For Submitting The Tenders In The Participation Announcement.
