The Planning Services Of The Technical Equipment (Plant Groups 4-5) Are Required In Accordance With § 53 Hoai. The Present Order Includes The Basic Services Of Plant Groups 4. Large Current Systems And 5Th Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems. The Scope Of Services In The Individual Plant Groups Results In The Project. The Present Order Includes The Basic Services Of The Following Service Phases According To § 55 Hoai: - Lph 1: Basic Determination, - Lph 2: Preliminary Design Planning, - Lph 3: Design Planning, - Lph 4: Approval Planning. The Client Reserves The Right To Allocate The Following Performance Phases: - Lph 5: Execution Planning, - Lph 6: Preparation Of The Award, - Lph 7: Participation In The Award, - Lph 8: Object Monitoring - Construction Monitoring And Documentation, - Lph 9: Object Care. On The Part Of The Contractor, There Is No Legal Claim To The Commissioning Of Further Performance Phases Or A Total Order. As Part Of The Application Phase, There Is No Further Documents About The Present Announcement And The Forms And Information Provided On Subreport That Can Be Requested. With The Request For Submission, A Draft Contract Is Made Available To The Bidders. Other Services To Be Awarded Are Not Part Of The Present Tender. Double Applications Within The Framework Of The Present Tender For The Order Of The Planning Services Of The Technical Equipment To Be Awarded Are Not Permitted. Multiple Applications For The Present Advertisement Of Individual Applicants Or Individual Members Of An Applicant Community Can Lead To The Exclusion Of All Affected Offers If The Applicant, The Bidding Community Or The Affected Competing Member Companies Or Bidding Communities Do Not Succeed In Providing Evidence That The Offers In Question Were Created Completely Independently.
