Lift-Maintenance Services-Lift Maintenance Albeda 2025. Albeda Wants To Contract One Maintenance Partner To Guarantee Continuity For The Upcoming Contract Period. This Entails Both The Maintenance Of The Existing Lifts And The Renovation Of Lifts When, According To The Mjop, This Is Required For The Safety And Reliability Of The Lifts. The Assignment Includes: • Performing Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The Lift Installations; • Providing Assistance With Inspections To The Lift Installations; • Delivering Reports And Documentation; • Conducting Quarterly Consultations; • Performing Additional Work On Request; • Contracting Party For The Planned Maintenance. • Required Guidance At Inspections • Remedy The Inspection Points • Fixed Consultation Moments With The Client (Quarterly Consultation) The Above Assignment Relates To The Current 21 Installations, Including 3 Lifting Plateaus And 2 Platform Lifts. These Numbers Can Change During The Term Of The Contract. The Assignment Includes The 3 Forms Of Maintenance, Namely: 1. Corrective Maintenance. These Assignments Are Sent From Our Reporting System My Service Desk. Corrective Maintenance Also Includes Emergency Notification (Downtime/Imprisonment). These Are Immediately Reported By Telephone At The Maintenance Party. 2. Preventive Maintenance: Performing Maintenance In The Installations. These Are Planned In Advance According To An Agreed Frequency And Spread For The Year 3. Planned Maintenance: Based On The Mjop As Supplied By The Adviser. Content Is Monitored On The Contract And Adjusted Where Necessary.
