The Water Board Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With 5 Consultancy And Engineering Firms. The Agencies To Be Contracted Must Enable Existing Area Teams To Deliver An Area Vision, Including Spatial Anchoring At The Latest For 6 Of The 10 Sub -Areas Within The Border Corridor, A Dynamic Cross -Border Area With Large Social, Ecological And Economic Tasks. The Three Agencies That Are Chosen First Are Each Linked To One Area Team And Two Sub -Areas. Two Secondary Agencies Are Ready To Step In With New Sub -Areas Or Replacement Of A Finished Primary Agency If Necessary. For More Information, See The Tender Pieces. All Entrepreneurs Who Meet The Requirements Are Invited To Submit A Registration. This Can Be Done Independently, As A Partnership And/Or By Calling On Third Parties And/Or Subcontractors. The Expected Size Of The Further Assignments Under The Framework Agreement For Specifically The 6 Priority Areas Together Is € 2,000,000 - € 4,000,000 Excluding Vat. This Is Explicitly A Coarse -Mesh Estimate To The Nature Of The Program And The Phase In Which It Is Located. There Are Many Uncertainties. It Is Also Possible That The Number Of Sub -Areas During The Term Of The Framework Agreements Will Be Expanded With The 4 Remaining Sub -Areas And/Or The Yellow Contour. The Total Value Of The Framework Agreements Jointly, Over The Entire Duration And All Agencies Is Maximized At € 8,000,000 Excluding Vat Based On Price Level Kw4 2024. The Size Mentioned Above Is Only Intended As An Indication. Agencies Cannot Derive Rights From This In Any Way.
