The Municipality Of Schiedam Is Preparing A European Public Tender For The Aim Of Concluding A New Electricity Delivery Agreement From 1 July 2025. The Assignment Includes The Delivery Of Electricity To The Municipality Of Schiedam And Two Affiliated Parties: The Stedelijk Museum Schiedam And Sportbedrijf Schiedam B.V. The Tender Aims To Guarantee The Security Of Supply Of Electricity, Control Price Fluctuations And To Conclude A Contract That Fits Within The Sustainability Ambitions Of The Municipality. Purchasing Is Expected To Be A Volume Of Approximately 9 Gwh Per Year, Spread Over Around 375 Connections For Municipal Buildings, Public Lighting, Bridges And Pumping Stations.
