The Employer Expects Delivery Within 3 Business Days From The Time Of Placing The Order. The Delivery Date Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluation Of Offers And Will Be Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form - Annex 1 To Swz. 11. Orders Are Placed By E -Mail, With The Contractor Undertakes To Confirm The Received Messages. 12. The Product Description On Each Package Must Enable Its Full Identification. 13. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Products Delivered To Be From Current Production, And Their Shelf Life Cannot Be Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Warehouse. 14. The Employer Specified In The Assortment Form The Minimum Requirements That The Assortment Offered By The Contractor Must Meet. 15. The Contractor, Whose Offer Will Be Selected As The Most Advantageous, Must Ensure The Continuity Of Deliveries In Accordance With The Submitted Offer Throughout The Contract. 16.
