Rectification Of Centrifugal Pumps With Related Allied Works At Gargaria W/S Scheme Under Bmd, Phe, Dte.- Supplydelivery fitting fixing of MS dismantling joints with Rubber Compression Ring and adjustable follower flangedcomplete assembled unit with galvanized stud and nuts. 200 mm dia PN-1.6 2 Decoupling of 100 HPcentrifugal pump motor set from the base frame after disconnecting all the line i.e. electrical lines, hydraulic lines, valves etc by proper technician part by part including necessary labour charges , lifting arrangementcharges of the centrifugal as per direction of EIC. 3 Dismantlingof fault motor coupled with above centrifugal pump part by part for fault finding and necessary repairing as per direction of EIC. 4 Supply and delivery and fitting fixing of motorBearing at Driving End/Non Driving End 6318-Z/C3SKF Deep Grove Bearing 5 Supply and delivery and fitting fixing of pumpBearing at DrivingendEnd6411/ NU411(SKF Bearing) 6 Supply and delivery and fitting fixing of pumpBearing at Non DrivingendEnd7311 BEGAP(SKF Bearing) 7 Supply delivery fitting fixing of 200 mm MS slipon blind flange of 16 mm as per ASA150 # B16.5 8 Rewinding the above 100 H.P. motor set by suppling 18.5 SWG enamelled copper wire ( Modified Polyster - 155 C) as per IS:13730-3, IEC 6017-3and through out servicing , rectification by suppling new socket , loop, connector box (if needed),clip, necessry emery paper , vernish after taking out old burn out copper wire as per direction of EIC. (at workshop) (Rate is considering as per deduction the burn out winding cost) 9 Dynamic balancing of 1 no motor set in balancing machine by skilledperson as per direction of EIC 10 Transportation charges of 1 no motorfrom work site to bardhman workshop with loading and unloading charges 11 Supply delivery fitting fixing of at site of heavy type rubber coupling as per existing size as per direction of EIC 12 Reassembling and refitting at base frame at site above 100 HP centrifugal motor set part by part with the below listed materials including supplying necessary materials i.e. grease, insulator, additional copper wire etc as per direction of EIC. 13 Assemblingof fault motor coupled with above centrifugal Motor part by part for fault finding and necessary repairing as per direction of EIC. 14 Hiring charges for 3 MT Chain pully with 20 mtr chain link for shifting pump motor set (Interchange of motor )in the pump house for 3 days with transportationg charges & supply of Groz Heavy Duty lever grease gun Manual Pump with supply of grease(Reputed Make) 15 Add: 18% GST 16 Add: 1% Cess
