A Total Of 130 Daycare Places Are To Be Created At The Location. The Current Space Program Is To Be Assumed For A Total Size Of Around 2,300 Sqm Ggf. There Are Also Outdoor Areas For 8 Groups Of Around 2,400 Sqm Plus Development Areas. The Former Hiberniaca Railway Has Not Been In Operation For Several Years. Overall, The Area Comprises Over 20,000 Sqm. Due To Various Framework Conditions (Topography, Distance Regulations On The Edge Of The Forest And Trees), Around 7,000 Sqm Are Available As Theoretical Construction Area. In The Future, The Bolver Plan (In List) Provides For An Area For Community And A Residential Area. In Advance, One -Concept Study Was Created, The Results Of Which Are To Be Continued In The Basic Features. The Individual Groups Should Receive Their Own Clusters In Order To Break Up The Large Structure Into Smaller Functional Areas.
