Expression of Interest for Consultancy Service to Undertake Analysis on Policy Landscape, Develop of Policy Instruments and Design Institutional Framework to Govern and Manage the Digital Market for Agricultural Commodities. The Objectives of the assignment The general objective of this consultancy service to review and analyses policy, develop legal framework and Institutional arrangement to create a transparent, equitable, and efficient system that promotes fair trade, protects farmer interests, and facilitates the smooth functioning of Digital Agricultural Marketing. Expression of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures specified in public procurement directives. All eligible companies are invited to participate. Interested eligible companies shall submit expression of interest to Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATI) in One copy by indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Description of Core Business & years in business, Relevant Experience in the field of assignment, Technical & managerial capabilities, Profile of key personnel, etc.) Companies that would like to participate in association shall indicate the form of association specifically as sub-consultancy or joint Venture.
