1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled Developing The General Plan Of The Leśna Podlaska Commune Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And The Participation Of Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Area Of ​​The Study Covers Approx. 9,822 Ha. The Area Covered By The Study Is An Area Of ​​The Commune Within Administrative Borders. The Resolution Is Annex 14 To Swz2. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: 1) The Urban Inventory And Assessment Of The Existing State Of Development Of The Area Of ​​The Leśna Podlaska Commune; 2) Preparing An Eco -Generographic Study For The Purposes Of Developing A General Plan, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In Art. 72 Para. 5 Of The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54); 3) Preparation Of Advertisement Draft, Correspondence, Lists Of Applications And Other Documents, And Other Documents That The Need Will Emerge During The Development Of A Draft Plan, In Accordance With The Legal Provisions; 4) Participation In The Procedure For Preparing A General Plan Specified In Art. 13I Para. 3 Above Of The Act And Art. 13J, Including In The Public Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of This Act; 5) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing An Environmental Impact Of The General Plan Project In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112); 6); 6) The General Commune Of Leśna Podlaska, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And Executive Provisions To This Act, Together With The Justification Of The General Plan; 7) Developing Spatial Data To The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 8) Completing Formal And Legal Documentation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758); 9) Planning As A Result Of Annulment Of The Resolution By The Voivode, Renewing The Necessary Actions To Bring The Study Covered By The Order For Compliance With The Law; 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 13 To Swz.
