Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Fire Water and Foam Systems at Various Qatarenergy Locations on Call off Basis. Bond:1000000 QAR Fee:500 Tender Issue Period:28/04/25 - 04/05/25 Bid Closing Date:15/06/25 Scope of Work/Description: QATARENERGY requires the services of a QCD (Qatar Civil defence) approved CONTRACTOR, on a Call-Off basis, for a total duration of five (5) calendar years starting from the EFFECTIVE DATE of the CONTRACT, for undertaking the following services, on Fire water & Foam systems installed at Mesaieed Operations, Refinery and Offshore Locations A),,Annual Testing & Certification Services of Fire water Pumps as per NFPA requirements. These Pumps are installed in the various Process plants/ Facilities of Mesaieed Operations, operating under OM(M) Mesaieed Operations, which includes, 1) NGTT Area (Tank Farm & Multiproduct Berth Areas), 2) Various NGL plants within NGL Complex, Mesaieed Operations area & 3) Gas distribution stations & Facilities which are widespread in the state of Qatar. B),,Corrective maintenance of Fixed Fire hydrants & Fire monitors in all the above process plants and associated facilities, on a Call off basis, based on actual site requirements which would come up from time to time, based on SAP Corrective maintenance notifications/ requirements generated by operations, and C),,Site Testing of various Foam Systems installed in the Plant areas on a Call off basis, including Specialized laboratory testing Services as per NFPA requirements for the various types of Firefighting Foam Compounds utilized in the above plant areas, for Firefighting Services. Note: a) Tender documents for the above services/works/goods can be obtained from the Dates of Issue within the Tender Sale Period. Tender Issue Time ends at 2 PM (local time) of the Sale periods end date. b) Suppliers and Contractors who are already registered with QatarEnergy via e-Registration system and are in possession of a valid SAP ID issued by QatarEnergy can buy the Tender document online using the Buy Tender Online link within the Tender Issue Period indicated above. c) Requests for issuance of Tenders after the specified Tender Issue Period will not be entertained.
