The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Eighteen Lots: Lot # 1 Cereal-Cut And Cereal Food Foods Lot 2 “Other Foods” Lot # 3 Vegetables -Suri Lot # 4 Brackets Lot # 5 “Fresh - Fruits” Lot # 6 Eggs And Egg Products Lot # 7 Spices And Products For Season Lot # 8 Canned Lot 9 “Fish, Fish Products And Other Marine Foods” Lot # 10 Sugar, Sugar, Honey And Dining Sweeteners Lot # 11 Oils And Fat Lot # 12 Organic Cereal Food And Cereal-Based Foods Lot # 13 Organic Vegetables -Raw Lot # 14 Organic Fresh - Fruits Lot # 15 Biocorserrs Lot # 16 Organic Fish, Fishery Products And Other Marine Food Lot # 17 Organic Sugar, Sugar, Honey And Dining Sweeteners Lot # 18 Organic Oils And Fat The Quantities Of These Foods In Each Lot Are Estimated, Approximately Required For 24 Months And Are In Line With The Budgetary Funds Set. The Types Of Foodstuffs In Lots And Their Estimated Quantities For 24 Months Are Indicated In The Price Offers. Any Indication In The Applications Of The Products Of A Standard, Specific Model, Source Or Specific Process, Trademark, Patent, Type Or Specific Origin Or Production To Read Or Equivalent. For Lots - 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 And 18, The Participant Must Ensure That It Will Comply With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H -1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities, According To The Need Of The Serviced Sites, And Not To Declare The Whole Range, According To The Specific (Specific) Needs Of Each Structure, As Well As As The Requirements Of The Regulations. The Participant Shall Have A Minimum Of One Vehicle Registered In The Rfsd, According To Art. 50, Para 1 And Para 2 Of The Food Act, For The Transportation Of Food Products From A Group Of Fish, Fishery Products And Other Seafood, And/Or From A Group Of Eggs And Eggs And/Or For Flour, Bread, Bakery And Confectionery, Included In The Scope Of The Respective Lots For Which The Participant Participates.
