Delivery Of Heating Oil For Currently 5 Urban Buildings (Number Of Oil Heating Can Increase Through Further Rentals And Purchases, But Also Shrink Through Sale, Demolition Or Ending Tenancies), The Estimated Expected Scope Of Delivery Is An Average Of 55,000 Liters / Year In Partial Deliveries Of 2,000 To 20,000 Liters. In The Event Of Mutual Consent, An Extension Of This Framework Contract Is Possible By A Total Of 24 More Months (Maximum Contract Term Is 4 Years). The Maximum Amount Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At 132,000 Liters (120% Of The Estimated Total Volume) For 24 Months. In The Extension Option By Another 24 Months, The Maximum Amount Increases Linear To 264,000 Liters.
