Expression of Interest for Recombinant Foetal Haemoglobin Calibrants (Native and Labelled) for Method Development The JRC-Geel Reference Materials Unit is developing reference materials to support the standardisation of clinical biomarkers measurements in the EU. To support the standardisation of haemoglobin F measurements, calibrators for the Reference Method, as approved by the Joint Committee for Traceability in Laboratory Medicine, are needed for the characterisation of a future Certified Reference Material. Each protein will be delivered into a standard buffer through buffer exchange and a quality control check of the protein will be supplied.
