Tenders are invited for Purchase of Lime Powder on Eid-Ul-Azha2025 Description: CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (Directorate of Solid Waste Management) INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids are hereby invited for each of the following works separately in line with Eid-ul-Azha 2025 arrangements: S # Description Quantity Bid Receiving Time Bid Opening Time Date 1. Purchase of lime powder on Eid-Ul-Azha 2025 2500 bags (25 kg each) 12:30 PM 01:00 PM 07.05.2025 3. Purchase of Miscellaneous Store Material on Eid-Ul-Azha 2025 As per scope of work in Bidding Document 02:00 PM 02:30 PM 07.05.2025 4. Supply of Biodegradable on Eid-Ul-Azha 2025 200,000 (large & small) 03:00 PM 03:30 PM 07.05.2025 1. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Rule 36 (a) Single Stage Single Envelop procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004 E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023 and is open to all potential bidders registered in the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal system (EPADS). 2. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security duly generated from the firm?s account and submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of the D.D.O (Sanitation), CDA. The respective bidders must upload a scanned copy of the bid security on E-PADS and submit the original bid security or CDR to the office of the Deputy Director (Sanitation) CDA. 3. Firms must provide an undertaking on stamp paper worth not less than Rs. 500/- (or higher) declaring that the firm/contractor is neither involved in any litigation nor blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body in Pakistan. The undertaking must also state that if any information or document provided by the firm is found to be incorrect or fictitious, the firm shall be liable for legal action under the law. The respective bidders are required to upload a scanned copy of the undertaking on E-PADS and submit the original undertaking, along with each Bid Security, to the office of the Deputy Director (Sanitation) CDA. 4. Bidders must submit the Bid Security along with the documents listed under point No. 2 & 3 in the office of Deputy Director, Directorate of Solid Waste Management, CDA Street # 49, G-6/1-4, Islamabad on or before 05-05-2025. The tender submissions without these documents will be rejected or considered invalid. 5. Work-related information may be sought from the office of Deputy Director (Sanitation) CDA.. 6. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit a call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between the NIT amount and the total quoted amount less than 10% of the NIT amount. That is required Performance Security = NIT amount ? total bid amount- 10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the performance security shall be rejected. The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 7. The prospective bidders are required to submit their bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before the deadline on the specified date and time. Manual bids will not be entertained. 8. The bids will be opened by using E-PAD on respective date and time in the presence of the Committee & bidders / authorized representatives must provide General / special power of attorney attested through the respective Court, who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director (Sanitation), CDA located at Directorate of Solid Waste Management, CDA Street # 49, G-6/1-4, Islamabad on schedule date and time. 9. The attorney holder should not be an employee of any Government/semi-government institutes. 10. The bid security of all bidders will be deposited into the CDA bank account and will be returned after the contract is awarded to the successful bidder. No bid security will be returned manually. 11. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA rule. 12. In case of any gazette0d / occasional holidays the tenders will be opened on the next working day. 13.
