The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Find A Retailer For The Estonian Defense Forces At The Taara Library Soldier Home (Kose Tee 3A, Võru). As A Result Of The Concession Procurement, A Service Contract With A Successful Provider Shall Be Concluded With A Contract For The Provision Of The Service And Asset Use, Which Will Ensure The Provision Of The Service In A Soldier Home Built In The Taara Campus Building. The Contracting Authority Will Only Forward The Position Of The Premises To The Questioner. As A Result Of The State Procurement, 1 Provider Shall Be Declared Successful With Whom The Contracting Authority Shall Enter Into A Service And Asset Use Agreement For The 60-Month Period. Only Applicants/Tenderers With Residence Or Location In Estonia, In Another Member State Of The European Union
