Tenders are invited for Consultants or Consulting Firms to Prepare Technical and Financial Proposals for Smart+ Survey Consultancy Service Call for SMART+ Survey Consultancy Service The consultancy Firm should have the following: Firm that has Certified SMART+ Manager with experience conducting SMART surveys and able to provide a recommendation letter from ENCU. An organizational Profile Renewed trade license for the year 2017 e.c VAT registration certificate Certificate of professional competence on SMART+ surveys The individual consultant should have the following: Post-graduate degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related fields. At least 10 years of experience in nutrition field research. Certified SMART+ Manager with experience conducting SMART surveys and able to provide a recommendation letter from ENCU. Experience in anthropometric data collection (stunting, wasting, and underweight). Strong data management and analysis skills using statistical tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic. The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the consultancy service is available at The Hunger Project Ethiopia (THP- E) office located around at The Hunger Project Ethiopia Head Office, Yeka Sub-city, Woreda 08, H.No:765/04 Addis Ababa, which is located near Misrak Polytechnic College. The Hunger Project Ethiopia (THP-E) invites interested, qualified, and eligible individual consultants or consulting firms to prepare technical and financial proposals based on the TOR and submit them in separate sealed envelopes in person at the above-mentioned project office on or before 4.00PM on April 18, 2025, on working days from Monday to Friday. THP-E reserves the right to compete the consultancy firm or the individual consultant separately to select a single winner based on the eligible and adequacy of applicants.
