Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport)- Acquisition Of Disability Services For Disability Services. With This Invitation To Tender, The Wellbeing Area Of Vantaa And Kerava (In The Future Subscriber) Will Compete For The Work And Daytime Transport Of Disability Services. This Service Includes The Transport Of Customers Of Disability Services To Work And Daytime Activities From Their Own Home Or Other Notified Address And Return To The Agreed Location. Daily Transport Times Vary Individually. Some Customers Are Involved Throughout The Day, Some Only In The Morning Or Afternoon. Not All Customers Need Transportation Every Day. As A Rule, Customers Transportation Is Handled By Joint Transport. Action Centers Are, In Their Own Operations And Purchasing Services, Open From 7Am To 5Pm. Operations Start At 9Am. At Noon, Some Customers May Change. The Most Congested Arrivals And Departure Times In The Units Are Approximately 9Am, 12, 14 And 16. In Addition, Customers Leave And Come Throughout The Day. Transportation Is Driven On Weekdays On The Opening Days Of Action Centers About 240 Days A Year. The Exception Is The Christmas And Summer Emergency Services, Which Is Only One Of The Welfare Centers. With The Exception Of The On-Call Center, Other Activities Centers Will Be Closed For 4-5 Weeks In June-July During The Summer And For About One Week And Possibly For Shorter Times At Other Times. Operations And Holidays In The Action Centers Are Notified To The Supplier At Least One Month Before Closing / Change. Customers Are Young And Adult People With Disabilities In Different Ways. Some Of Them Have Autism. Customers Have A Customer Relationship With Disability Services. The Number Of Customers Reported Is Based On The Number Of Customers At The Time Of The Invitation To Tender. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Any Particular Customer Or Transport Volume. The Procurement Procedure Is A Procurement Above The Eu Threshold. A Contract Notice Has Been Published On The Procurement On The Electronic Channel Of Public Procurement (Hilma) Www.Hankintaustaitus.Fi. An Open Procedure Is Used In The Procurement, So Everyone Who Wants To Make An Offer. Tenders Processing And Eligibility Assessment Of Tenderers Will Be Assessed And Comparison As Follows: • Assessment Of The Eligibility Of The Tenderers • Reviewing The Invitation To Tender • The Contracting Entity Makes An Interim Decision For Tenderers To Be Invited To The Auctioning Phase • Auction Invitation Is Sent To Selected Tenderers • Electronic Auction The Discount Cry Is -0.02 €, After The Last Offer Is 15 Minutes. The Service Provided Must Be In Accordance With The Content Of The Documents In The Invitation To Tender. Alternative Offers Are Not Taken Into Account. The Offer Must Not Be Conditional.
