Description Of The Current Nexxt-Change Concrent Sold Socks (Nexxt-Cchange 1.0) The Bmwk And The Kfw Have Been Operating The Successor Platform Www.Nexxt-Change.Org Since 2006 Together With The Partners Dihk, Zdh, Bvr And Dsgv. The Background And Objective Of This Platform Is To Bring Together The Primary Target Groups (Transitioners And Transfers) And To Support The Handover Of Existing Companies To Transfers.
