The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Reconstruction Of The Building On Plots 243/7 And 244/1 In Przeciszew Along With Obtaining The Right Consent Authorizing The Execution Of Construction Works, I.E. The Decision To Permission To Carry Out A Construction Investment. The Task Only Applies To The Preparation Of Project Documentation Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Along With A Change In The Use Of The Existing Building. The Tasks Of The Social Care Home Will Be Ensured By Ensuring Comfortable Housing Conditions, Food And Care Services In Accordance With The Act On Social Assistance And Other Legal Acts. The Employer Expects The Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Building After Primary School And Transforming With A Change In The Way The Use Of The Dps Building With Equipment Into The Building. Parking Space For The Garden, Administrative, Social Rooms, Kitchen, So -Called (Chapel), Treatment Room, Doctors Office, Nurses Office/Nurses, Duty And Other Necessary Rooms Should Be Included.  The Single Room May Not Have A Area Less Than 9 M²/Person;  The Multi -Person Room May Not Have An Area Less Than 6 M²/Person;  A Maximum Of Three Pupils Can Live In A Multi -Person Room Capable Of Independent Movement Or Four Pupils Lying;  The Room Must Be Equipped With Rehabilitation Beds, Wardrobes, Bedside Tables, A Chair, Chairs And Appropriate Chairs, The Number Of Electric Movements. If The Building Is Not To Be Demolished, An Inventory Should Be Made. - The Final Decision To Demolish Or Will Not Be Made By The Employer After Receiving The Concept.
