The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Delivery - Including The Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services - High -Mannary Natural Gas With Symbol E Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract With A Total Forecast Volume 357106 Kwh To 1 Point - A Detailed List Of Reception Points Is Attached As Annex 1 To Swz. The Above -Indicated Natural Gas Consumption Is Orientative And May Be Taken From Actually Taken, During The Duration Contract, Amount Of Gas. The Reduction Or Increase In The Amount Of Gas Does Not Attract Any Consequences For The Contracting Authorities (Gas Consumers), Except For The Need To Pay For The Actually Collected Amount Of Gas And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Operators Applicable Tariff. The Order Of The Contract Is The Supply Of High -Metane Natural Gas Via The Distribution Network Of Polish Company Gazownictwa Sp. Z O.O. In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Qualitative Standards Together With The Transmission Service. Distribution Supplies And Services Provided On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Agreement Will Be Carried Out On The Terms Specified By The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law And Enforcement Provisions To The Act And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Osd Tariff. The Quality Of Gas Fuels Quality Regulations Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Executive Activities, In Particular, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of 02 July 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Functioning Of The Gas System And Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of September 21, 2018 Amending The Regulation On The Detailed Conditions Of The Gas System Functioning And Polish Standards. The Use Of Natural Gas Will Be Implemented For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract. Gas Fuel Will Be Delivered To The Gas Collection Point Described In Detail In Annex 1 To Swz. District Regarding The Estimated Annual Gas Consumption By Calendar Months, And The Contractual Power Are Described In Annex 1 To Swz. The Contractor Will Be Transferred When Signing The Contracts.
