ROLLING SHUTTER DOOR INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND TESTINGSCOPE OVERVIEW:THIS SCOPE OF WORK OUTLINES INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND TES TING OFROLLING SHUTTER DOORS TO ENSURE THEIR PROPER FUNCTIONING AND COMPLIANCEWITH SAFETY STANDARDS, INCLUDING THE SUPPLY AND INSTAL LATION OFMATERIALS. THE SUPPLIER#S QUOTATION SHOULD COVER ALL COSTS RELATED TOMATERIALS, LABOR, TESTING, AND ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUIRED FOR THECOMPLETION OF THIS WORK.SCOPE OF WORK:INSPECTION:- CONDUCT A COMPREHENSIVE VISUAL AND FUNCTIONAL INSPECTION OF ALLR OLLING SHUTTER DOORS, INCLUDING MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS.- INSPECT FOR SIGNS OF WEAR, RUST, CORROSION, MISALIGNMENT, DAM AGEDPANELS, OR FAULTY SPRINGS AND ROLLERS.- CHECK THE OPERATION OF THE MOTOR AND CONTROL SYSTEM, ENSURING THAT THEDOOR OPENS AND CL OSES SMOOTHLY.- VERIFY PROPER SEALING AND ALIGNMENT OF DOORS.- EVALUATE THE CONDITION OF THE DOOR#S SAFETY FEATURES, INCLUDINGEMERGE NCY RELEASE SYSTEMS, SENSORS, AND SAFETY EDGES.- IDENTIFY ANY ISSUES THAT COULD HINDER THE DOORS FUNCTIONALITY ORSAFETY.MAINTENANCE :- LUBRICATE ALL MOVING PARTS SUCH AS ROLLERS, SPRINGS, AND TRACKS TOENSURE SMOOTH OPERATION AND PREVENT WEAR.- TIGHTEN BOLTS AND SC REWS WHERE NECESSARY, ENSURING THE DOOR STRUCTUREREMAINS SECURE.- CLEAN ALL MOVING PARTS AND REMOVE ANY DEBRIS THAT COULD OBSTRUCT T HEDOOR#S FUNCTION.- TEST THE MANUAL OPERATION OF THE DOOR TO ENSURE IT CAN BE OPERATED BYHAND IN CASE OF POWER FAILURE.- ADJUST THE SPRING TENSION OR ALIGNMENT OF THE DOOR AS REQUIRED.- REPLACE WORN-OUT OR DAMAGED JAPS L1-Station Gas Turbine Rolling Shutter Door Inspection, Maintenance, and Testing Please Send Enquiry to All Contractor including M/S Arabian Gulf Door Est.
