It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Mixed Supply And Services Contract For The Implementation And Maintenance Of A Digitalization Platform Of Assistance Processes Within The Scope Of The Personalized Digital Attention Plan Of The Autonomous Community Of Cantabria. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Hiring Of Supplies And Services For The Implementation And Maintenance Of A Platform For Digitalization Of Healthcare Processes In The Field Of Personalized Digital Care Plan Of The Autonomous Community Of Cantabria. In That Sense, A Commercial Solution That Constitutes A Digitalization Software Platform Of The Assistance Processes That Allows The Personalized Care And Monitoring Of Each Patient Throughout The Different Care Levels (Primary, Specialized Care, Emergencies, Etc.) Will Be Hired, Offering The Clinical Staff Support In Decision Making And Recommendations Of Actions Required Based On The Different Clinical Pathways Of Each Patient And Adapting To The Particular Entity Cantabrian Health (Hereinafter Scs). The Purpose Of This Contract Encompasses The Following Benefits: - System Informed System To Cover The Functional And Technical Requirements In Saas Mode. The Update Of The Versions And Licenses Is Included Throughout The Life Of The Contract. −Trabajos Of Analysis, Design, Integration, Configuration, Parameterization, Development, And Validation And Operation Tests, Mainly Consistent In The Development Of The Following Work Blocks: -Definition, Design And Implementation, Deployment And Implementation Of All The Workflows Of The New System That Manages The Entire Personalized Digital Care Process According To The Scope And Scope Defined In This Sheet. -Adaptation, Parameterization Integration And Installation, Where Appropriate, Of The Different Applications And Functionalities That Form The New System So That All The Required Functionalities Are Unified And Centralized. -Documentation Of The System And, If Required, Incorporation Of The Historical Data Existing In The Current Systems, Including The Necessary Load Processes. - Training Of Users And Change Management, As Well As Assistance And User Attention To Facilitate The Implementation, Understanding And Better Use Of The Implanted Functionalities. −The Maintenance, Update And Support Of The System During The Validity Of The Contract.
