Request for proposals for Provision of Consultancy Services by Chartered Accountancy Firms for Companys Fixed Assets Verification and Preparation of Fixed Assets. A Consultant will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method and procedures described in RFP document in accordance with the policies described in latest version of the Guideline of Selection and Employment of Consultant published by National Procurement Agency (Procurement Guideline-2025). Request For Proposal (RFP) document could be obtained from the Acting Manager (Procurement & Imports) of the Ceylon Fertilizer Company Limited on payment in cash of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Thousand (Rs.1,000.00). Request For Proposal (RFP) document will be issued on any working day between 9.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. from 18.03.2025 up to 31.03.2025. The Closing Date and Time of Proposal will be at 11.00 am. on 01.04.2025 and opened immediately thereafter. Any late submission will be rejected unopened.
