1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Aimed At Adjusting The Main Entrance Of The Building Of The Iii High School Stanisław Wyspiański, Located At Ul. Wrocławska No. 6 In Jastrzębie-Zdrój, For The Needs Of People With Disabilities. Things Consists In Making A Steel Ramp Along With Replacement Of The Entrance Door. The Objective Investment Will Include The Following Works:  Dismantling Of The Existing Equipment Of The Colliding Area With The Designed Assumption (Pot) And Postponing The Place Indicated By The Investor; Export;  Demolition Of Fragments Of Pavement Made Of Concrete Cubes And Asphalt Along With The Foundations (The Cubes Should Be Postponed To Be Reused);  Preparatory And Measuring Works;  Excavations For Foundation Feet;  Making Grooves Under The Outskirts;  Removal And Utilization Of Debris;  Export And Disposal Of The Ground; Reinforcement;  Installation Of A Steel Ramp According To The Drawing Part Of The Documentation;  Performing Benches Under The Outskirts;  Assembly Of The Rim;  Laying The Pavement Made Of Concrete Cubes On The Pavement Foundations;  Laying The Ankle On Lean Concrete As A Foundation For The Ramp Structure;  Replacement (Dismantling And Assembly) External Doors To The Building; Demand.  Execution Of Accompanying And Order Works Necessary To Complete The Task. A Thin -Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 9, I.E. Technical Design, The Issues Of Works In The Form Of Blind Cost Estimates  Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwir) In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320), The Employer Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Technical Documentation.
