The Assignment That Is Put Out To Tender Concerns The Contracting Of A Contractor For The Execution Of Maintenance Work To Mainly Asphalt Roads For A Maximum Period Of 6 Years With A Total Budget Of Approximately € 12,000,000 (Incl. E.V.T. Other Activities). The Indication For The Share Possible Other Activities Are A Rough Estimate Of € 3,000,000 During The Term Of The Agreement. The Work Mainly Consists Of: A. Conducting Research; B. Preparation Work Such As The Preparation Of A Final Design; C. The Milling And Breaking Of Pavements, Mainly Asphalt; D. Asphalting Work; E. Applying Lines; F. Other Activities (Incl. Street Work, Putting Put Edges/Swirls, Unforeseen Activities, Traffic Deposits, Communication). The Order Value For The Asphalt Maintenance Will Be On Average Around € 1,500,000/Year. The Order Value Can Be Higher Or Lower Per Year. When Choosing The Latest Sharing Locations, We Will Work As Close As Possible To The Annual Budget. The Deviation (Positive Or Negative) Of The Annual Average Is Therefore Very Likely No Greater Than € 200,000. The Total Size Of The Contract Is Therefore Between € 8,800,000 And € 9,200,000 For The Asphalt Maintenance. The Indication For The Share Of Possible Other Activities (The Aforementioned Parts Such As Road Foundation, Traffic Measures, Sewerage Work) Are A Rough Estimate Of € 3,000,000 During The Term Of The Agreement. It Is Partly Dependent On How This Will Work In This Agreement / Which Work Will Continue During The Term Of The Agreement And Thus The Necessity And / Or Benefit To Take Such Work Into This Agreement. The Total Budget (Incl. E.V.T. Other Activities) Is Then Approximately € 12,000,000.
