Tender for Widening And Strengthening Of Laxmipur Nonahra Yusufpur Road In Distt Ghazipur. - Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. as per MORTH clause 301 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 2 Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MORTH clause 305 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 3 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits (lead 1 km) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.as per MORTH clause 305 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 4 Stablized Sub-base (FDR Technology)-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of existing granular material adding cement using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microproces., controlled spray rate through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregate shall be in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller Pneumatic roller and vibratory pad Foot pad roller (20 tonne) to achieve design uncofined compresive Stgrength. (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc butexcluding GST ) as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 5 Providing, laying, spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM ) After Mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement & 3.5% emulsion in uniform singal layer on sub- base / base gread and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desired density (ETA). (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) as per direction of engineer-in-charge 6 Providing and laying tack coat with bitumenVG-10using emulsion bitumen distributer at the rate of 0.20 Kg / Sqm. on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom. As per MORTH clause 503 (i)(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 7 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senS.I. control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction. As per MORTH clause 507 (b) complete in all respects (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 8 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete. As per MORTH clause 401 (b)(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc butexcluding GST ) 9 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH clause 406 (b) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc butexcluding GST ) 10 Construction of sub-grade and earthern shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrowpits (lead 1 km) with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, gradding to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No 300-2. As per MORTH clause 305 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc butexcluding GST ) 11 Earth work in excavation of foundationas per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. As per MORTH clause 304 b (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) (for drain and hume pipe culvert) 12 PCC M15 in Foundation Plain cement concrete M15 in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundationand compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days foundation. As per MORTH clause 1500 A (Case-ii) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc butexcluding GST ) 13 Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20)in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORTH clause 1500 C (Case-ii) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc butexcluding GST ) 14 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. As per MORTH clause No. 1600 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc butexcluding GST ) 15 Plain Concrete with 4cm. gauge brick ballast, sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work. As per S.I. 275 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 16 M-150 brick in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools & plants, etc required for proper completion of the work. as per MORTH Specification. As per S.I. 305b (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 17 Providing and laying 350 mm dia NP-3 H.P. jointing with coller in proper position including cost of cemment, jute etc required for proper completion of work. But excluding cost of coller. As per S.I. 26 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 18 Providing and laying 600 mm dia NP-3 H.P. jointing with coller in proper position including cost of cemment, jute etc required for proper completion of work. Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly. 22 1st year- maintainance cost 0%on Bituminous & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.
