Agro-Chemical Products-Purchase Of Plant Protection Products 2025-26. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Also The Agreement) For The Purchase Of Plants Protection Products (Hereinafter Goods Or Chemical Preparations). It Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With Suppliers For Agricultural Sprays In The Following Groups: • Group A: Herbicides, • Group B: Fungicides, • Group C: Insecticides, Smacks, Growth Regulators. The Contracting Authority Will Proceed In Accordance With Section 135 Of The Public Procurement Act - The Procedure With The Renewal Of The Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement. Individual Purchases Will Thus Be Realized On The Basis Of Tenders Submitted For Each Sub -Performance. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With At Least Two And A Maximum Of Ten Participants.
