Construction Work - Ppp Project In Písek And Komořanská. On The Basis Of Act No. 131/2000 Coll., On The City Of Prague, As Amended, The Contracting Authority Carries Out Real Estate Administration Owned By The City Of Prague In Prague 12. • Land On Komořanská Street (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Komořanská Locality”) And • Land On The Street Písková (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Locality Sand”), Which Are Described In Detail In Annex 8 By The Tender Documentation. In Komořanská Is A Residential House, A Popularly Nickname Hamburg From The 20Th Century, Which Was Used After Its Inception As An Object With Service Flats Of Nearby Modřany Sugar Refinery. The Existing Building Is Not In Good Technical Condition And Does Not Correspond To The Functional Needs Of The New Intention. In The Locality Písková There Is A Building In Which Until 2021 Was Located The Office Of Prague 12. The Contracting Authority In These Locations Intends To Realize The Intention Of Building Apartment Buildings With The Possibility Of Placing Commercial Premises On Their Ground Floor. The Contracting Authority Assumes That This Intention Will Be Implemented As The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract So That The Land In Question Will Be Provided To The Supplier Who Builds On Them Apartment Buildings. In Exchange For This, He Will Be Entitled To Rent Or Sell Or Partially Sell And Collect Income From End Users For A Certain Period Of Time. The Award Of This Public Contract Is Aimed At Finding A Solution Respecting The Principles Of Concession, Which Would Correspond To The Contracting Authoritys Ideas And Respect All Its Requirements, As Well As The Requirements Placed On The Location By Law And The Land Use Plan. The Formal Intention Of This Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract With One Selected Supplier, Which Is Placed First On The Basis Of The Evaluation According To Evaluation Criteria. At The Same Time, The Selected Solution Must Respect And Be In Accordance With All Legal Regulations Regulating The Construction Of Similar Building Units. Expected Subject Of Performance: The Contracting Authority Is Not Objectively Able To Define All Technical Conditions And Legal And Financial Requirements For Fulfilling The Public Contract At The Opening Of The Tender So That It Can Draw Up The Tender Documentation. The Only Thing The Contracting Authority Is Able To Define Is The Assumed Subject Of The Public Contract. The Assumed Subject Of The Public Contract Is, In Particular, The Construction Of Apartment Buildings In Písková And Komořanská Locations, As New Buildings, Which Will Mainly Hold The Function Of Housing (Main Functions) And Possibly Commercial Function, Exclusively On The Ground Floor Of Apartment Buildings (Additional Functions). The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Then Be The Operation Of The Built Apartment Buildings For A Specified Period Of Time, Of Which The Selected Supplier Will Be Entitled To Take Fruits And Benefits. The Client Is Also Considering Various Variants Of Ownership. The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Tender Documentation Submits The Intention To Enter
