The Contractor Should Have Chemical And Sieve Analyzes Confirming That The Offered Salt Has The Above-Mentioned Parameters.7. The Ordering Party May Order Testing Of The Delivered Batch Of Salt (Samples) In Order To Confirm The Required Parameters.8. Salt Deliveries Should Be Made Directly From The Producer (Mine). With Each Delivery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Wz Form Issued By The Salt Manufacturer, Specifying The Amount Of Salt, As Well As The Loading Date And Vehicle Details. Delivery To The Ordering Party May Take Place No Later Than The Next Business Day After The Date Of Loading. If Loading At The Mine Takes Place On Friday Or On Another Day Immediately Before A Holiday, Delivery To The Ordering Party Will Be Made On The First Business Day After The Holiday.
