The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Joint Procurement (So-Called Procurement Ring), In Which The Cities Of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa And Kerava And The Municipalities Of Kirkkonummi, Nurmijärvi And Tuusula Participate. In Addition To The Cities And Municipalities, The Helsinki Regions Environmental Services Municipal Corporation (Hsy) Is Involved. The Procurement Includes The Production Of A Color Orthographic Mosaic Covering The Entire Capital Region (Espoo Including Kauniainen, Helsinki And Vantaa) And The Kirkkonummi, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi And Kerava Areas. The Terrain Resolution Of The Ordered Orthoimage Mosaic Is Gsd 5Cm Or Gsd 10Cm. The Orderer Decides The Terrain Resolution Of The Ordered Product In The Manner Presented In The Reasons For Decision-Making. The Area To Be Photographed Is 2318 Km2. For The Production Of Orthographic Mosaics, The Area Must Be Photographed Between June 1 And July 31, 2025. Aerial Photography Should Be Performed With An Aerial Photography Camera Designed For Accurate Photogrammetric Photography. The Color Orthoimage Mosaic Of The Areas Must Be Delivered In The Etrs-Gk25 Coordinate System. The Image Format Is Tiff, Ecw And Jpeg2000 And The Positioning Files Are Tfw, Tab, Ers And Jgw. The Participating Municipalities Must Be Supplied With 1.) One Uniform Image Mosaic Of The Entire Shooting Area In Both Ecw And Jpeg2000 Format 2.) One Uniform Image Mosaic Depicting Each Municipality In Both Ecw And Jpeg2000 In Format 3.) Municipality-Specific Tiff Images 1,000 X 1000 M Squares. Hsy Will Be Delivered: 1.) One Uniform Image Mosaic Of The Entire Shooting Area In Both Ecw And Jpeg2000 Format. 2.) The Entire Shooting Area As Tiff Images In 1,000 X 1,000 M Squares. Images Located On The Borders Of The Shooting Area Are Delivered As Complete Orthographic Frames And Are Not Cut At The Border Of The Shooting Area. The Part Of The Ortho Image Frame Outside The Imaging Area Does Not Have To Contain Information. The Surface Area And Price Of The Filming Area Are Determined Based On The Demarcation Of The Filming Area, So That The Area Outside The Filming Area Is Not Taken Into Account. The Other Needs Of The Subscribers Are Presented In Appendix 3. (Technical Identification By Organization And Preliminary Delivery Schedule). The Selected Supplier Takes Care Of Obtaining The Necessary Aerial Photography Permits. In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Defense Forces, The Selected Supplier Takes Care Of The Deterioration Of Image Products In Accordance With The Area Control Act For The Areas Designated By The Defense Forces. The Supplier Must Ensure That The Image Material Delivered To The Customer Can Be Published As Open Data, Taking Into Account The Instructions Of The Defense Forces. In Addition To Weakened Image Products, Unimpaired Image Products Are Delivered To The Ordering Parties For Official Use.
