Tender For Interlocking, painting and other repair works in the Shivlok Colony Tubewell Park in Ward No. 67., 1 Scrapping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-In-charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet) 2 Earth work in filling in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form regular pits note excluding 0.5M in depth and earth work embankment to be in 20 Cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required slows and also including 1.5M, lift and 30 M lead in all complete. site up to 12 km distance. 3 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand : 12 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. In Foundation and floors. 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation-100 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 5 12 mm cement plaster on brick work with cement mortar of mix (upto 10 mtr height from Ground level) (II) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) 6 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including cost of all material, Labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work. 7 Wall painting (Two coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorative wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean all of dirt, grease loose pieces and prepare smooth surface including cost of all material, Labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work. 8 Painting on Steel/G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution. 9 Mild Steel Iron "Z" section windows and ventilators excluding cost of glass panes of but including supply of all materials,its fabrication, nuts and bolts, holdfast, labour and T&Prequired for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and also including cost of handles,stays etc, in all respect at site of work. 10 Supply & Stacking of 22.4-53mm gauge stone ballast etc all complete. 11 Consolidation of 22.4-53mm gauge stone ballast 10cm thick (loose) coat including reparing of patches picking up to old surface spreading, ballast making medhies to retain water and carriage of metal upto 30m carriage of water upto 200m maintenance of barriers and all labour T&PIncluding Road Roller Charges etc. required for proper completion of work The stone ballast is to be supplied to the contractor free of cost at site. 12 Supply & Stacking of stone dust etc all complete. 13 Supply & Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 80 mm (Rubber moulded Coloured)(Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50Kg.) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.
