The Design Activities That The Contractor Will Perform Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To, The Following Main Services Presented In The Table Of Contents Below And Which Are Described In The Following, Collectively Referred To As The Design Documentation: No. Crt. Deliverable Name 1 Detailed Geotechnical Study 2 Detailed Topographic Study 3 Hydrogeological Study 4 Technical Execution Project And Execution Details 5 Technical Project For Diverting/Protecting The Existing Utility Networks On The Site 6 Technical Documentation For Obtaining All Approvals And Agreements 7 Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Authorization Of Construction 8 Technical Documentation For The Organization Of Execution 9 As-Built Technical Project Field And Other Studies, As Appropriate, Will Be Carried Out For The Preparation Of Technical Execution Projects, Including Execution Details That Meet The Quality Requirements Imposed By The Legislation Design And Construction In Effect. The Activities That The Contractor Will Carry Out Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To, The Following Works Presented Below: • Expansion Works Related Installations Related To Seau Deva; • Expansion Works Related Installations Related To Seau Hunedoara; As Part Of The Design And Execution Contract, The Following Categories Of Works Will Be Carried Out: Expansion Of The Natural Gas Distribution Network, Natural Gas Use Installation, Natural Gas Measurement And Regulation Point, Scale Platform, Sludge Drying Station Building, Sludge Evacuation Snek Adapter, Horizontal Conveyor, Bunker Loading Dryer, Sludge Dryer, Biofilter And Catalyst, Intermediate Conveyor, Pelletizer, Horizontal Elevator Conveyor, Sulfuric Acid Dosing Installation, Sulfuric Acid Warehouse, Compressed Air Compressor, Silo With Scale, Cogeneration Unit, Internal And External Electrical Networks, Scada Monitoring And Automation System, Fire Extinguishing Networks, Water Supply And Sewerage, Tank And Fire Pressure Raising Installation, Sludge Collection Bunker, Modernization Of Grills, Flow Meter Installation, Other Works, Including The Procurement Of Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of Treatment Plants. The Contractors Activity Refers To: A. Adaptation To The Terrain; B. Construction And Installation Works; C. Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; D. Testing And Commissioning; E. Monitoring The Operation During The Warranty Period; F. Remedy Of Defects That Occurred During The Warranty Period According To The General Conditions Of The Contract; G. Training Of The Beneficiarys Staff. The Duration Of The Contract Is 18 Months. The Guarantee Period Is Added, Which Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Signing Of The Acceptance Report To The Completion Of The Works. The Deadline Until Which The Economic Operators Have The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is: 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers
